The Scottish was a disaster for the Fife teams, with only Halbeath getting beyond the third round. Fife teams usually joined in the "slaughter of the innocents" that passes for a draw in the first round - playing the innocents' part this year. Even if they received a bye in the first round, the second round wasn't much friendlier. Even Glenrothes had a torrid time - even though they reached the final of the Fife and Lothians.

On the league front, another community entered the Fife Junior League, as Newport provided North Fife. They had a fruitless season however.

The Glens ran away with the league - only registering one defeat at Blairwood Park.

Halbeath continued their rise - reaching 3 finals. However they only won the Tennent Caledonian. The Glens, Thornton and L'gelly won the other three.
