In the National competition, the Glens were once again the last survivors, bowing out to Lanark at Moor Park in the sixth round.

L'gelly flew the flag longest in the Fife and Lothians, going out to Arniston Rangers, the eventual winners.

On the league front, Castlehill Colliery, decides to sit it ut for a season, but haven't as yet returned. Valleyfield remains in the draw for the local cup competitions, but scratches, of course. St.Andrew's "benefitted" by being drawn against them twice in the Tennent Caledonian and the Drybrough Cups.

Glenrothes adds to their haul of silverware with the Fife and Tennent Caledonian Cups. Newburgh wins the Cowdenbeath Cup and Lochgelly the Drybrough Cup. This last win gives the Albert access to the National Drybrough, but they go out to Sunnybank after penalties in the first round.
